What is the Universal Prayer Of Love?

The Universal Prayer of Love is a sacred practice of entering extended periods of prayer, consciously connecting with the Divine to hold others in a space of care, presence, and openness.

Offered in the spirit of universal love, it welcomes people of all faiths and beliefs. The intention is not to direct or control outcomes, but to remain present, open, and attentive to something greater.

Rather than brief or occasional prayer, this approach involves sustained attention and connection with the Divine over a period of time — typically held for about an hour a day across multiple days — while remaining unattached to specific outcomes.

It is simply an offering of time, awareness, and care in support of another.

What are the prayer sessions like?

I begin with a phone conversation with the individual to listen and understand what they would like to be included in prayer. Separately, over the next several days, I spend quiet, extended periods of praying for the individual and their intentions, followed by a check-in conversation.

Prayer sessions are offered as spiritual support only. No specific outcomes are implied, promised, or guaranteed. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care for medical or psychological concerns.

My mission is to offer this prayer to as many people as possible, spreading love and compassion to all who feel called.
