During my 54-year journey, I have always been deeply empathic and curious about the human experience—our challenges, resilience, and capacity for love. Raised in a devoted Catholic household, spirituality has been part of my life from an early age. As a teenager, I considered becoming a priest but chose instead to share my artistic and athletic talents.
Over time, my interest in personal growth led me to expand my experience into several self-help practices each offering insight into the journey of self-understanding, yet always bringing me back to one simple but powerful concept: universal love.
Through this exploration, I experienced that extending prayer sessions over a longer time grounded in love and compassion, creates a profound sense of connection with the Divine. This realization became the foundation for the way I now support others, offering prayer as a way to hold space for their intentions with care and presence.
What are prayer sessions like?
I begin with a phone or online conversation with the individual to listen and understand what they would like to be included in prayer. Over the following days, I spend quiet, an extended periods of praying for the individual and their intentions, followed by a check-in conversation.
Prayer sessions are offered as spiritual support only. No specific outcomes are implied, promised, or guaranteed. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care for medical or psychological concerns.
